WARRANTY

At Pack Out Bags we work hard to ensure every bag we sell is up to the highest standard of craftsmanship. This allows us to warranty all our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. The life of the product can vary based on its age and how it has been used. Items will be replaced at the discretion of Pack Out Bags company.

Service under this warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser with proof of purchase from a Pack Out Bags authorized dealer and is non-transferable. Gear purchased as used, as is, or from unauthorized 3rd party retailers is specifically not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses caused by any defect in the product.

We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, misuse, neglect or improper care/cleaning. Storm and wind damage, burns, UV damage, and gear used for commercial use are specifically not covered.

RETURN POLICY

Unused items purchased directly from Pack Out Bags may be returned in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges. Upon receiving the returned product you will be refunded the original purchase price.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the return results from an error by Pack Out Bags. Pack Out Bags will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit, we suggest return shipping be insured to the full value and have tracking.

Pack Out Bags reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.

Items returned in a used or non-resalable condition are subject to refusal or additional fees.
